HA (High Availability) Module

The HA module is an optional module that allows multiple PathFinder servers to share the communications and processing load for maximum throughput and redundancy. Licensing allows additional HA servers to be added during known busy periods.

This provides:

  • Scaleable performance – the ability to process more files concurrently and quicker;
  • Redundancy – this allows an HA server to be removed from the cluster either deliberately for application or OS upgrade, or in the event of failure, without loss of the PathFinder system.
